EFM, an Australian manufacturer of high-end electronic device gear, continues to expand their range of sustainable, protective device products in partnership with ELeather.

The initial launch took place in September 2021 ready for the release of the new iPhone 13.  The Monaco Wallet Case Armour was the first product launched my EFM that directly communicated with their customers on the environmental credentials of the product they were purchasing. From the case itself through to the packaging, the consumer was now able to make their buying decision on ethical values as well as product aesthetics and performance.

The ELeather EFM range has since grown from the single iPhone 13 PRO Max case and now includes multiple phone cases, an additional iPad case collection and even a sleek, ELeather wrapped wireless charging pad.

As consumers become increasingly conscious of the impact their purchases are having on the planet, EFM decided to give complete transparency about the material they had selected to wrap their new range in.  Customers can see the exact amount of water and carbon they have saved by choosing an ELeather case over a traditional leather equivalent.

Cinzia Donna, Industrial Design Innovator at EFM said: At EFM, we want to be the no.1 device gear of choice based on our recognized quality and philanthropic outlook. Within our sustainability mission, partnering with ELeather is a step further to ensure we are offering only the very top-quality materials and finishes while also being kind to the environment.

EFM’s use of ELeather proves that sustainable materials have a place in the technology sector. Their range of ELeather products are increasing all the time and the company hope to lead the way in specifying responsible materials within the tech sector.
