ELeather has been awarded a place on the prestigious 2015 Global Cleantech 100 list, which recognises the top 100 companies in the clean technology sphere

The Global Cleantech 100 list was created from 6,900 company nominations in 60 countries. ELeather impressed the 100-member expert panel as our patented manufacturing process interlinks leather fibres without the use of adhesives. Furthermore, the process recycles 95% of the process water, and the waste streams are converted into energy which is fed back into the process.

ELeather upholstery appeals to customers who wish to meet their sustainability goals by adopting the material for its style and comfort, whilst significantly reducing their fuel, maintenance and operational costs. The high-performance material is engineered to meet fire retardant, wear, appearance, colour and comfort requirements.

“We are really proud to have been awarded a place on the 2015 Global Cleantech 100 list which recognises our cost saving, eco-upholstery’s success,” said Chris McBean, CEO of ELeather.
