Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, UK – ELeather have recently returned from exhibiting at Transports Publics Expo in Paris. The event was held at the Porte De Versailles exhibition centre on the 10th to the 12th June and brings together organisations from across Europe involved in public transport across the region including urban and inter-city, to green and eco-friendly mobility.
This was the first time ELeather have exhibited at TP 2018 and was a great opportunity to network with key organisations.
A number of key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) and seat suppliers attended the exhibition and visited the ELeather stand and gave the ELeather team the opportunity to network with all of these key organisations, meeting current contacts as well as some new ones, to discuss up-coming projects where ELeather can improve the passenger journey.
As Transports Publics was a new show for ELeather, the stand drew a lot of attention from show delegates that were unfamiliar with leather fibre composite and the benefits of the eco-friendly material. Visitors to the stand were able to see how ELeather is made, via the stands display windows, the high-quality leather fibre used in manufacturing the performance material, as well as the finished product, suitable for a range of public transport upholstery applications.
The ELeather team had a fantastic show over the course of the three days and will be looking to return to the Paris Expo Porte De Versailles Centre next year. The next exhibition that ELeather will be attending is InnoTrans in Berlin from the 19th to the 21st of September.
